Power Systems & Drives
A switching solution specifically designed for disturbance-free bypassing of high-voltage variable-frequency drives, dynamic compensation links in SVG systems, and zone isolation in DC microgrids.
Industry Technical Advantages
Millisecond-Level Synchronized Fast-Switching Capability
A proprietary electromechanical actuation mechanism enables precise control of closing and opening response times, ensuring minimal inrush current when high-voltage motors switch from variable-frequency to line-frequency operation.
Ultra-High Overvoltage and Harmonic Insulation Rating
Designed to withstand high-frequency harmonics and voltage transient spikes generated during medium- and high-voltage variable-frequency operation and SVG-cascaded H-bridge operation, featuring an extremely high impulse withstand voltage (BIL).
Strong Magnetic Arc Blowing and Deep-Grid Arc Extinguisher
To address the challenge of DC microgrids where current does not naturally cross zero, a strong magnetic field is used to force large DC arcs into a deep-grid arc extinguisher hood for cooling and extinguishing.
Highly Reliable Micro-Switch Signal Feedback
Auxiliary contacts utilize a dust-proof micro-switch design with millisecond-level on/off response times, providing reliable status interlocks for the inverter’s main control PLC and DCS systems.
Manufacturing and Rigorous Testing
Lightning Impulse Residual Voltage and Power-Frequency Withstand Voltage Test Laboratory
Equipped with medium- and high-voltage insulation impulse test equipment to verify the safety margin of dielectrics under high-harmonic topologies.
Millisecond-Level Digital Synchronous Recorder
Detects 100% of the closing and tripping discreteness of factory-produced bypass devices, with tolerances strictly controlled within 1 ms.
High-Frequency Harmonic High-Current Full-Load Temperature Rise Test Platform
Simulates the temperature rise behavior of switches under operating conditions containing abundant higher-order harmonics, ensuring no overheating or softening occurs over the long term.
Selection Guide
Bypass Switching Time Limits
Based on the main control PLC’s bypass control algorithm (one-to-one or one-to-many synchronous switching), strict requirements for contactor tripping and closing times are clearly defined.
Harmonic Current Derating Considerations
Significant higher-order harmonics are present in SVG and high-voltage variable-frequency circuits; a derating margin of 1.2 to 1.5 times the harmonic content must be applied to the continuous operating current.
DC Circuit Reactance Time Constant (L/R)
The DC microgrid disconnection circuit stores energy in its inductance; the circuit’s L/R parameters must be provided to verify the energy absorption capacity of the high-magnetic-field arc chamber.
Interlock Logic Configuration
Specify whether a factory-integrated rigid mechanical interlock lever mechanism is required, or whether a purely electrical auxiliary switch interlock is sufficient.
