Industrial Equipment
We provide weather-resistant and vibration-resistant AC and DC control systems for mining machinery, lifting and metallurgical equipment, marine electric propulsion systems, and automation equipment.
Industry Technical Advantages
Extra-wide operating voltage tolerance (0.7–1.25 Us)
Ensures reliable engagement during significant grid voltage drops that occur when heavy-duty motors start, eliminating undervoltage tripping or contact chattering.
Excellent resistance to harsh industrial environments
Specifically designed for sites such as open-pit mines, coal preparation plants, and chemical plants, where conditions include high dust levels, highly corrosive fumes, and humid salt spray.
High mechanical and electrical life
Features wear- and electro-erosion-resistant silver alloy main contacts that meet AC-3/AC-4 and DC-3/DC-5 ratings for frequent reverse-connection braking and intermittent heavy-duty operation.
Modular auxiliary contacts
Multiple sets of normally open/normally closed auxiliary switches can be freely added to provide stable and accurate position logic status for PLCs and industrial control buses.
Manufacturing and Rigorous Testing
High-Frequency Induction Contact Welding Process
Ensures that silver alloy contacts are firmly fused to the conductive base, withstanding millions of heavy mechanical impacts without detaching.
Salt Spray and Weathering Corrosion Testing Center
Conducts 96–168-hour salt spray and corrosion resistance tests to meet the requirements of coastal ports and high-salinity chemical environments.
Optical Capture Analysis of High-Speed Contact Bounce
Strictly limits closing bounce time to within 2 ms to minimize arc ablation.
Selection Guide
Specify the Utilization Category
Distinguish between standard motor starting (AC-3) and heavy-duty reverse braking/jog operation (AC-4); for heavy-duty applications, the capacity rating must be appropriately increased.
Power Grid Voltage Drop Assessment
If the power grid voltage drop during heavy-duty motor startup exceeds 15%, a universal AC/DC control coil with a wide operating voltage range must be installed.
Environmental Protection Selection
For dusty environments, select contactor models with a dust-proof design featuring a sealed cover.
Mechanical Interlock Requirements
For bidirectional motor control circuits (forward and reverse), it is recommended to use interlocking contactor assemblies that come factory-equipped with mechanical interlock mechanisms.
