Energy Storage & Solar

A bidirectional disconnection solution specifically designed for 1500V energy storage BDU high-voltage cabinets, PCS converters, and photovoltaic inverter systems.

High Voltage Testing Laboratory

Industry Technical Advantages

Bidirectional, non-polarized breaking design

Reliably extinguishes fault currents in both the charging and discharging directions, eliminating the risk of reverse arcing.

Ceramic-brazed hydrogen-sealed construction

The contact chamber achieves an IP67 protection rating, isolating oxygen to prevent contact oxidation and eliminating the risk of open flames escaping.

Ultra-low contact resistance and low temperature rise

Utilizes high-purity electrolytic copper busbars and composite silver contacts to reduce heat buildup within the sealed BDU enclosure.

Explosion-proof design and zero external arc leakage

The sealed chamber completely confines the arc inside, preventing secondary fires in the energy storage cabinet.

Manufacturing and Rigorous Testing

Ceramic Vacuum High-Temperature Brazing Furnace

Fully automated vacuum sintering and brazing process.

Helium Mass Spectrometry 100% Gas-Tight Leak Detection

Each unit undergoes helium leak testing before shipment to ensure the high-voltage gas-filled arc-extinguishing chamber remains leak-free for its entire service life.

Long-Term Full-Load Temperature Rise Monitoring Station

Real-time monitoring of the thermal equilibrium curve under continuous rated high-current operation, in compliance with UL/IEC standards.

Selection Guide

Operating Voltage Rating

Uniformly compatible with a 1500 V DC insulation level, meeting the standards for next-generation high-energy-density battery clusters.

Non-polar Current Requirements

The bidirectional energy storage charge/discharge circuit must be equipped with non-polar contactors.

Pre-charge Circuit Parameter Matching

Configure the pre-charge resistor value and the pre-charge relay current-carrying time appropriately based on the capacitance value of the PCS busbar.

Low-Power Coil Configuration

Select products equipped with PWM energy-saving board modules to reduce power consumption during closed-contact holding to within 5 W, thereby minimizing temperature rise in the enclosed enclosure.
